Sewing pattern for a collared tank top?


I need to know how to make a sleeveless tank top with a convertible collar. Something that looks like Version 3 of this:

I’d use that, but it’s for a size 18, and I need a size 5. Does anyone know where I could find a size 5 pattern, or a tutorial of some kind?
