tablecloth sewing patterns
help with any or all of these questions please.?

I’ve been trying to do these for a while but can’t seem to figure them out.

1) the area of an equilateral triangle is 25√3 m² find the length of one side of the triangle.

-5 m
-10 m
-10√3

2)a soccer field is 25 meters wide and 50 meters long. to maintain the feild for a year, it costs $0.75 per square meter. How much does it cost to maintain the whole field.

-$468.75
-$1,250.00
-$937.50

3) to sew a dress, a pattern calls for 3 sq yards of fabric. if the width is 0.75 square yards, what is the length of the fabric?

-3.75 yd
-4 yd
-2.25 yd

4) in a restaurant, the designated size of a tablecloth must be twice the area of the table. If a table has a length of 1.5 meters and width of 0.75 meters, what is the area of the tablecloth?

-2 1/4
-9/8
-4 1/2

1) – 10 m
The formula for the area of an equilateral triangle is (s²√3)/4, with s being the length of one side. 25√3 is equal to (100√3)/4, and √100 is 10.

2) – $937.50
The area of the soccer field is 25 x 50, or 1250 m². If each meter costs $0.75, then the answer is 1250 x $0.75, or $937.50

3) – 4 yds
The area of the fabric is 3 sq yards, with the width being 0.75. 0.75 x length = 3 sq yards. 3/0.75 = 4.

4) – 2 1/4
The area of the table is 1.5 x 0.75, or 1.125. Because the tablecloth must be twice the size of the table, 1.125 x 2 = 2 1/4.
