Would you wear this dress?

To a (formal) wedding? For the shoes, either little mary jane heels and black stockings…or the boots as you see them.

This is a better photo of what the dress looks like, but not on a person. (I made it with a stretchy t-shirt material)http://images.patternreview.com/sewing/patterns/simplicity/3775/3775fb.gif First one but with short sleeves.

If you were in your 20′s, is this something you would wear to a wedding?
Then are any of these better?

Oriental dress (super fitted) – http://img395.imageshack.us/img395/8021/0617081729gk0.jpg

Stretchy purple/black low cut dress – http://img296.imageshack.us/img296/4593/0617081730oz0.jpg

All these are knee length. Would any of those work? I have no money to go BUY something. When I say no money…I mean our gift for the couple is a $20 gift card.
And that is as much as we could possibly do, too.

keep shopping. For a formal wedding you want something that looks classy. Not shabby. The one top would be nice with a long skirt. The skirt you have with it. Is more for a day out at the mall. The dresses are all 2 old for you. They are more something someone in their 50′ or older should wear.
