How can you make a girl’s jumper from a man’s button down shirt?


I recently heard of this idea and I’m always looking for new sewing projects. Does anyone know where I can find a pattern or instructions on the web to make a man’s button down dress shirt into a jumper for a little girl?

Here’s a tutorial that I came across earlier this year.

It makes it sound easy. I haven’t tried it because my daughter is 15 and much too old for this dress. But, someday I might have granddaughters….
