My wife also goes to WalMart as it has a craft section in the back with all the things you would need. I agree with the Firemountain answer if you have the time to order it. No matter where you live you can find a place where you can find lockets (small and inexpensive) and attach them to a necklace with a pix in each locket or even just one locket.
