Where can I find authentic tribal jewelry?

I have stretched ears and I’d really like to get some authentic plugs, spirals, and cross overs that are from an African tribe or at least made in Africa. Does anyone know of anywhere I could find something like this?

I really want to go back to the roots of stretching and I think it’d make it more meaningful to me personally.
